Rubber Top Modular Belts are plastic modular conveyor belts with rubber inserts or coatings on the top surface. These belts combine the durability and modularity of plastic belts with the grip and cushioning of rubber.

1. Excellent Grip:
   Rubber inserts provide high friction—ideal for inclined or declined conveyors, especially where products risk sliding.

2. Shock Absorption:
   The rubber top reduces impact and is gentler on delicate products.

3. Modular Design:

   • Easy to install and repair (only damaged sections can be replaced).

   • Available in straight-running and radius (curve) types.

4. High Durability:
   Base material is usually PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene), or POM (Acetal); rubber is often NBR (Nitrile) or EPDM.
